Stretch and Move: Stretching exercises for a fluid, flexible body

How much of the day do you feel tense, tight or stiff, especially in the upper back, shoulders and neck area of the body?

Take 3 simple minutes to move and stretch the body to feel wonderful. These are stretches you can do anywhere – at the office, in a chair, standing at the bus stop, sitting on your bed or watching the kids play.

As we get older we can get stiffer and movements especially can become restricted; gentle stretching and mobility of the spine can support maintaining functional movement as we mature.
