Berry green breakfast dairy free smoothie

This super yummy smoothie is jam-packed full of antioxidants and vitamins, and will sustain you for the day ahead. Fun and easy to make, it's a great one for the kids to help with too.

Ingredients

  • ¼ avocado
  • 1 handful of kale
  • 2 strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon of blueberries
  • 3 tablespoons of soaked raw almonds
  • water, depending on consistency

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients together to the consistency you like, some may like to sip it through a straw or eat it with a spoon.

Inspiration

  • For those with a sweet tooth, add dates or a dash of honey.
  • For a thicker consistency add a few more almonds to the mix.
  • Not a fan of kale? Try substituting with spinach.
