Citrus Salad Dressing

Salad dressings make a big difference to salad or vegetable dishes by enhancing the flavour of the dish or overpowering it. This easy citrus salad dressing will enrich and give your salad a fragrant, fresh, summery taste. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top if you like. Enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons olive or sunflower oil*

Note before you begin: The quality of the oil that you use will have a big impact on the flavour of the dressing so use the best you can. Fresh good quality cold pressed extra virgin oil is recommended.

Method

  1. In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together until combined.
  2. This dressing adds great flavours when drizzled over a simple green or Summer salad

Inspiration

Add any fresh or dried herbs of your choice.
