Ingredients

  • 1½ cups mixed nuts
  • 3 tablespoons carob powder
  • ½ medium chilli, de-seeded
  • ½ cup moist dates, de-seeded and chopped

Inspiration

  • Add more dates if you would like it sweeter or more chilli if you would like a bit more ‘bite’!
  • Try experimenting with different nuts or exchange the carob with cacao powder
  • To finish off with a bit of style, roll the balls in roasted chopped hazelnuts or sesame seeds
