Words from Natalie – EWH Founder
Esoteric Women’s Health began in 2013, and since its inception it has grown exponentially around the globe in its reach and activity.
We arrive at a time in society whereby the word “health” has lost its true meaning and lacks the integrity it once upheld. We’ve observed this declining ill trend in the rise of many ill conditions experienced in women’s health such as; breast cancers, fibroids, cysts, endometriosis, period pain, cervical cancer and so on, and the some what ‘normalising’ of women enduring lack of self-worth, anxiety, depression, little to no self-confidence, abusive relationships, hating one’s body, exhaustion, stress, struggling in motherhood (to name but a few).
We at Esoteric Women’s Health ask the question – is this state of “ill” truly natural to being a woman?
Our website, blogs, groups, presentations, festivals, workshops and or private sessions are based on the premise that this is not the true and or natural state of being a woman, and it is possible to redefine what it is to live true to the female body, respecting one’s health, well-being and responsibility in the daily lifestyle choices that enrich one’s life to the many opportunities of living with true expression, vitality and joy. The latter is our “normal”.
Our 2017 Calendar is full of events and activities worldwide for you to engage and enjoy,
With Love, Natalie

Women in Livingness are events brought to you by presenters who are committed to living in a way that sustains a connection to their own inner truth that supports the development of true well-being.
This is what is known as being in ‘The Livingness'.
The Livingness describes a way of living life that allows women and men to be who they truly are despite the pressures and demands of life and how this can be sustained in day-to-day life.

"Well-being and Empowerment"
Presented by Natalie Benhayon
“I see a lot of women really unsure of who they are, lacking in self-confidence, trying to fit in and live up to so many ideals and expectations of who they think a woman should be. And yet at the same time, they are going against everything that they naturally feel inside themselves, crushing it. These workshops are an awesome stop for that woman, to come and to feel and get really honest about what she feels is true. It is an invaluable forum for women to be truly empowered for their well-being.” WIL Workshop participant, 2016
Well-being for Women Presentations
Well-being for Women are regular presentations held throughout the world that offer a space for each woman to explore what it means to truly support herself.
The key to this lies in reconnecting to the innate wisdom that lives within all women equally.
Through this connection emerges the ability to restore a level of vitality, well-being and zest for life that many of us struggle to feel amidst the demands, pressures and expectations of daily life.

Girl to Woman Festival
"Whose Role Model Are You?" is the hot-topic theme for this year’s Girl to Woman Festival, happening on the 22nd January 2017, in Lennox Head, New South Wales.
Esoteric Women's Health are proud sponsors of this whole community annual event that embraces the beauty and grace of girls and young women in our lives and celebrates the undeniable power they bring.
This year's theme encompasses the responsibility that we all have in positively impacting our girls’ (and in fact everyone’s) lives. At its core we ask – what is your reflection? Is it inspiring, supportive and loving? Are the choices you make ones that you would want a young girl to see and be inspired to grow up and also choose?
It is clear that this is a hot-topic theme, for it is calling us all to be responsible for the great power there is in our reflection.
The Girl to Woman Festival is a community event aimed to support girls (and everyone really) to be who they truly and preciously are – in order to have a world of women who are empowered, equal, precious and knowing of their inside worth.
For more details. the full program or to book visit The Girl to Woman Festival.

Women in Livingness Magazine
“A woman is not a 24/7 mum, she is not 24/7 career focused, and she is not a morphed mix of the two. A woman does not value her family, her friends, her colleagues or anyone else above the value of herself – she carries equality in all aspects of life.
A woman can be nurturing, caring, tender, warm and embracing; equally she can be firm, direct, steady and strong. A woman cannot be “boxed” to this stereotype or that – her expression is flexible, and not bound by any restrictive measures.” ~ Natalie Benhayon
The Women in Livingness (WIL) Magazine celebrates this knowing through every word of the hundreds of articles written, compiled and styled by a team of women residing in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Holland, Norway, Canada, and Singapore. The purpose is to explore openly and honestly all the issues that truly matter to women, a magazine true to life.
WIL Magazine is a women’s magazine full of real living women, no fantasy ‘fixes’ by Photoshop-happy publishers, just women in full-colour showing their true beauty and depth without reservation.
The magazine is published free online in both English and German and is available in print in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, Spain, Norway, Canada, and U.S.A.
To purchase a printed copy, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Here is a sample of an article from page 152 of the second edition, Self Worth, Loving Our Body Rather Than Dieting.
Esoteric Women's Health offers a range of deeply supportive healing therapies that are taught by Universal Medicine and practiced by trained practitioners throughout the world.
Esoteric does not mean ‘hidden’ or ‘secret’ as is commonly assumed, but in this context refers to an ‘innermost’ part. The esoteric modalities do not offer to ‘cure’ any disease or ill, but rather they offer the client a place of deep rest, where a greater awareness of her self can facilitate healing through the opportunity for change in behaviours, attitudes and beliefs that may not support harmony in her body or in life.
"These modalities offer a woman the opportunity to feel that there is so much more to her than the functions she performs day to day ... and that, within her, is a depth of wisdom, stillness and true beauty that she can come to know as the true woman that she is."
The following therapies are currently offered by esoteric practitioners worldwide:
Sacred Esoteric Healing is a technique where the fully clothed client receives gentle application of hands on healing to different parts of her body. It is an incredibly gentle, supportive and deeply relaxing therapy that supports and allows the woman to deeply rest and rejuvenate.
Esoteric Body Work encompasses a large variety of techniques to cater for all body needs, issues and problems and is a great way for a woman to reconnect, allowing a moment with herself to deeply relax.
Esoteric Chakra-puncture is a healing modality that consists of very fine needles, applied lightly to the skin in specific patterns, that serve the purpose of restoring harmonious balance and order to our energetic state of being.
Esoteric Connective Tissue Therapy is a gentle, hands-on energetic healing modality that works directly with the energy flowing through the connective tissue – our body’s soft tissue framework. The gentle, rhythmic movement allows the body to release held tension, thereby supporting and restoring the natural balance of the whole body.
The Esoteric Breast Massage is a gentle, nurturing massage technique performed only by women. Beyond the physical technique, the treatment facilitates a greater appreciation of who we are in our connection as women. It offers an invaluable support for a woman learning to be true to her self, and in the development of true breast care.
Esoteric Yoga is a healing modality that supports an awareness and relationship with our body through gentle simple movements, conscious presence and stillness. It allows us the space to stop, reconnect, feel what is going on in our bodies, develop a gentleness with how we move and take care of ourselves, and celebrate our innate quality of stillness.
A Practitioner Speaks
With over 25 years experience working in complementary medicine, qualified esoteric practitioner Jenny Ellis sees a commonality in the health and well-being issues that women are presenting with, and feels that when we nurture ourselves with love and compassion, it is actually part of one's Medicine.
Here Jenny shares with you what she sees in her clinic in Brisbane:
"From a clinical perspective there is a commonality in the sort of things I am currently seeing present for women on a day-to-day basis.
Physically as you’d expect, there are an array of complaints, but amongst them with an increasing intensity are female-related symptoms such as period pain, heavy bleeding or for quite a few, no period at all for many months – something that seems to have become increasingly commonplace.
And then there are the seemingly unrelated problems like poor sleep and exhaustion which are accompanied by an enormous increase in anxiety, ranging from low-grade and acute, to constant, ongoing and debilitating. This is such a marked change from 5 and 10 years ago, seeing the degree of anxiety so many women, especially young women, now live with.
At a lifestyle level the common ground I see is in the realm of busy-ness. As women it seems we are masters at juggling a multitude of life’s aspects all at once and rarely dropping the ball.
I see women every day who push themselves to get through their laundry list of ‘to do’s’ with rarely a thought for what it is doing to their own health. Getting to the end of the day being exhausted and wrung out is now pretty normal. Women I find have lost touch with what their own deeper and more genuine needs might even be.
One of the most evident themes that has emerged in clinic and appears to underpin all these conditions is a fundamental lack of real self worth. The old ‘never feel good enough’ chestnut is what I see at the bottom of this theme. We attach our worth to the ‘successful’ doing of life, measured by achievement and completion of tasks and not to the value of a women just being herself, defining and appreciating herself by the quality of her presence. Just as we do babies and small children.
There is a self-regard that comes naturally from knowing this inherent value in ourselves, and when we don’t have it, we say yes to the continuous doing in life, exhausting ourselves, feeling anxious over what is ahead, feeling un-refreshed by poor quality sleep and exhibiting the multitude of signs and symptoms that show a woman’s body that it is under a stress and strain it is not naturally designed for."
Our Cycles App
“A woman’s body is, by design, living in Cycles. By nurturing awareness of the Cycles, you allow the woman’s true nature to blossom.” ~ Natalie Benhayon
Our Cycles is the ultimate health and wellbeing app for women and men. It’s been designed with YOU and your cycle in mind. It is not your typical 'tracking' app, but an overall health and well-being tool, supporting you to get to know your body more deeply.
The Our Cycles App offers a mechanism through which women and men can connect deeply to the profound awareness their body has to offer them about their daily health and well-being, and thus be empowered to take responsibility and confidently know how and where to seek the lifestyle changes or support that is needed.
It’s like a little shoulder angel, reminding you to UP the love and care towards yourself and watch your well-being benefit. We don’t know too many people that would not benefit from a bit more of that!
You can access via your smart-phone or the Internet to:
- track your feelings and moods;
- make notes about your day;
- observe patterns in recurring feelings, moods or emotional reactions;
- create a space to self-reflect and
- enjoy a deepening understanding of yourself and your body.
Explore how, with simple observation and basic record keeping, you can get to know yourself in relation to the bigger-picture cycles taking place – daily, weekly and monthly. It is an App that encourages ‘time-out’ and self-reflection, and can be used by all.

Part of the beauty of Esoteric Women’s Health is women sharing with women. They are doing so on a very personal, open and intimate level in the blog sites for Esoteric Women's Health and Women in Livingness.
Women from all over the world are writing very honestly about their personal experiences of life on a multitude of topics, expressly to share with women, so that others can learn and not necessarily have to make the same ‘mistakes’.
These women have been inspired by Natalie Benhayon and Esoteric Women's Health Presentations, Practitioners, Events, Workshops and Esoteric Healing modalities to re-connect to the true essence of being a woman, no matter where in the world they reside. You’d be hard pressed to find a subject that hasn’t been written about!

Women Connect was the bright idea of Esoteric Women's Health founder, Natalie Benhayon.
Natalie wanted to bring women together, in small gatherings in people’s homes with the purpose of encouraging women to connect and build relationships with each other and talk about what is going on for women.
As part of International Women’s Day 2016, these gatherings occurred around the world. You can read the testimonials from these global get-togethers at Women Connect.

Loving our Body versus Dieting
Loving our Body rather than Dieting
Many of us know what it is like to be on a diet or to be watchful in what we eat. But have we ever wondered about the energetic quality of our diets? Energetic quality is based on the way in which and for which reason we make our choices. Are we dieting to look better, to feel more accepted, and to fit to a certain ideal or because we are worried about our health? Are we imposing food choices on ourselves based on what we are being told we should do (which is an ever changing message)? And have we not all been feeling guilty or frustrated when that diet would not work or we soon after gained weight again?
It is fair to say that for most of us a diet is a strain, hard work, a discipline, a regiment of denying ourselves certain foods. For some it may feel as a punishment or something bad that needs to be endured until the wanted results are achieved.
We often make our dietary choices from wanting to be different than we are, without realising that in doing so we are actually continuously rejecting ourselves.
Imagine what it would be like if our diet was not a diet but a series of loving choices that adhere to and honour what our body needs and is asking for.
Our body is unique and therefore it has unique needs. It is for this reason that we can only learn from our own body what a nurturing food choice would be. Forget dieting, we have to learn to start listening to what our body is telling us. If we are feeling heavy or bloated, if we get tired after eating certain foods then these are distinct messages from our bodies letting us know that what we ate did not agree with it. If we have food cravings it may be telling us that we are too tired which is an indication of how we have lived.
When we allow ourselves to pay attention to this we get to build a loving relationship with ourselves and our body and from there we can learn to make our food choices based on loving and nurturing ourselves. A natural approach with an energetic quality that may just start to change your life!
What is The Livingness?
What exactly is The Livingness?
Esoteric Women's Health often mentions the word Livingness. It’s not in the Oxford or Macquarie dictionaries so what does it mean? Simply, The Livingness describes a way of just allowing yourself to be you, deeply so.
The ‘Livingness’ describes a way of living life that allows women (and all) to be who they truly are, to live by an innate essence that is equal within all, free of pressures, ideals and beliefs, and to do so in and with life in full despite the demands of modern society. It is a living connection that can be sustained day-to-day.
"The Livingness is simply you living the real you in a world that has yet to allow this to be. It all begins with you choosing to be the real you and not what life has made you." ~ Serge Benhayon, Esoteric Teachings & Revelations, p 396
