Sacred Movement is a form of deep meditation, a deep connection to my presence in my body.
The amazing thing is, it is a meditation in movement – at the same time as I am going deeper within I am also expressing that depth outwardly.
It activates the deepest part of me that I have kept hidden even from myself, a part I have rejected, judged, been hard with; a preciousness and delicateness that goes deeper still, all the way to its very heart, the sacredness of the woman I am. Through the movements I am developing a way to accept myself, enjoy and reclaim this lost part of me and to share this with others.
The more time I spend developing these movements the more I realise just how much I have been missing this for a very long time.
