Harmony in Movement offers exercise training and rehabilitation that focus first and foremost on maintaining a quality in the way we breathe and move.

Moving and exercising in such a way results in an openness and expansiveness in our body and our connective tissue system. This brings a settlement and ease to our body, supporting the release of any tension or bracing in the body.

  • Gentle exercises to develop awareness of quality in breath and movement
  • Individual sessions face-to-face and online to develop a personalised exercise program for building a vital and strong body
  • Physical assessments to identify physical imbalances or weaknesses such as poor posture, weak or tight muscles or reduced ability to activate muscles
  • Short-term and long-term programs for connection, quality, strength, cardio, flexibility, core, bone density, balance and postural development
  • Physical rehabilitation for chronic injury, illness or disease (heart disease, diabetes, obesity, cancer, adrenal fatigue, depression, etc.)
  • Exercise physiology services that are allied health registered and recognised by the national health care system (Medicare, private health and DVA rebates)
  • Universal Medicine Therapies including Esoteric Healing, Esoteric Massage and Connective Tissue Therapy
  • Sports, Remedial and Relaxation Massage

  • Level 2 Esoteric Healing
  • Level 3 Esoteric Massage
  • Level 2 Esoteric Connective Tissue Therapy

How We Work:

Harmony in Movement was established in 2008 by Danielle Pirera to share a way of exercising that develops a loving and honouring relationship with ourselves and our body. Exercise is often about achieving outcomes, quantity, intensity and performance with little or no focus on the actual quality – quality meaning connecting to the deepest part of our being and bringing this through the way we breathe and move during exercise and in our day.

Call or email Danielle anytime to book a service or visit our website for further information or to make contact.
