Palliative Care Nurse Elizabeth Dolan wins the NSW Health Excellence Award

"One of the biggest things is what matters in the end, is how much you love someone, how much love matters. They all feel that in the end. It's not who hurt me, how much money I have, but how much love I have inside of me.” Elizabeth Dolan, 18 September 2015.

The Power of Love that Elizabeth Dolan brings to her palliative patients and their families with a consistently high level of care, has now been recognised by one of the highest accolades in nursing, the NSW Health Excellence Award. This is the link to the article published in the local press on Elizabeth Dolan accepting the award, who in her own words saw this as an opportunity to ‘represent the 49,000 nurses across New South Wales… who do an amazing job too.’

"The ultimate form of success is how loving we have been with others."
