All relationships require loving dedication and begin with a deep connection to our own love and nurturing.

The importance of caring in a relationship is a vital part of building its foundation.

With love present first, the caring, closeness and intimacy nurture our ability to communicate when difficult moments come up; then there is trust and no intent to hurt.

Closeness in a relationship allows openness of communication. When you’re in this flow you’re more able and willing to ‘go there’, to express how you are feeling in moments of potential confrontation. This actually and effectively diffuses the tension that leads to disturbance and conflict in relationships.
