Men and abuse

Abuse covers a whole spectrum of behaviours that some men use in their day-to-day lives to avoid feeling how far they have moved away from who they truly are and building their layers of protection. It masks a man’s feelings of rejection, a lack of self-worth and not honouring their own sensitivity.

In this audio men and women discuss some not so obvious forms of abuse and how such abuse impacts their friends, family, partners and men themselves. As men we all have to learn to say no to abuse in all its forms and increase our awareness around triggers in our day to day lives that lead us down the path of abuse no matter how small or inconsequential they may at first appear. This will allow men to reconnect to the tender man that they are and bring true love to all of their relatio nships.

"Any form of abuse is abuse. And therefore, this word is not to be mitigated by more severe forms thus rendering a lesser form acceptable. Hence, we are right and true to feel abuse in the most meagre or slightest form."

Serge Benhayon Esoteric Teachings & Revelations Volume II, ed 1, p 427
