A personal account of addictions

A personal account of addictions

Addiction can come in many different forms, some actually deemed socially acceptable by many if not most people! However, it is not so much about the choice of addiction as it is about why there is a need for us to reach out and use something external to dull ourselves from life and avoid taking responsibility for what is in front of us.

In this interview Deborah talks honestly about her addiction and the many different ways that she tried to ‘fix her addiction’. Deborah shares how these ways never brought true and lasting change and it was only when she hit rock bottom and got honest about what was going on that her path to healing from her addictions truly started. She talks about her discoveries along the way and about how she re-ignited her relationship with life via the teachings of The Ageless Wisdom.
