In our essence we hold a natural harmony with each other. We are pulled to being one.

Harmony Day is celebrated in Australia on 21st March. It is marked by communities getting together to celebrate their cultural diversity to build inclusiveness and a sense of belonging. This year it is celebrating its 15th anniversary. This day also coincides with the United Nations’ International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination which encourages people to promote equality across backgrounds and cultures.

We have a natural energy within our body that pulls to be one. If we fight against that due to a myriad of reasons including culture, religion, ideals, parenting, beliefs and so forth – we cause disharmony – and all the resulting ill conditions that stem from that. Alternatively, we can allow ourselves to be our natural, harmonious tender selves.

The pull to be one

Why do we live against the pull to be in harmony with everyone?

"If the inner-heart is used, it is impossible to be at war, for harmony prevails. The mind thinks peace, but war is never too far from peace. The inner-heart, on the other hand, is harmonious, and thus war is impossible."

Serge Benhayon The Way of Initiation, p 381
