Why do we bury our emotions with food?

In this audio, practitioner Jenny Ellis, a Naturopath with over 30 years of experience, speaks about the ways we can bury our emotions with food: we have all heard the term ‘the devil on the shoulder’ that whispers to us ‘have the chocolate cake or the biscuits or the food or drink’ that we know does not support us, and then we do it.

Jenny presents and explores the fact that there may be something we are not wanting to feel and so we can ‘bury’ our emotions with food or drink that we know does not support our body.

If life is about connecting with our essence – our true self – then we would make choices that are based on love in order to access and hold this inner connection.
