On the whole, most of us do not question whether we should or should not be eating dairy and why would we, one might ask? Mention dairy and mostly images of milk pop up, leaving butter, cream, cheese, yoghurt, ice cream…in our larder of comfort. When common sense is applied eating dairy makes no sense. Another animal’s milk well passed our weaning period! A product that requires 4 stomachs to digest as opposed to one in humans. So why then do we allow arguments like: we need it for calcium, bones, protein….to prevail our deepest knowing that in truth we do not use dairy foods for the aforementioned reasons? Why do we favour this high comfort food over our 4th, 5th and 6th sense that says leave milk to calves for they are the only one being evolved by the food which has never been designed to evolve humanity?
