"Being emotionally hurt sinks us into individuality. Once hurt, we either come out fighting back or withdraw further away.

Only love, true love, can restore that hurt back into trusting others and eventually all as one."

Serge Benhayon Esoteric Teachings & Revelations II, p 250

Our relationships are often shaped on the hurts we carry from our past. What if this laces our relationships with a guardedness and control that feeds our mistrust so that we end up being run by a nervous energy instead of listening to the intelligence of our heart? What if there was another way to live – wouldn’t it be worth giving that a go?

Learning to trust again

Have you been hurt by 7 billion people or 5 or 6 people? If it was only a handful, why do we judge the rest of the world and keep them out? Imagine living one day where we communicated from our heart and met everyone without any nervous mistrust.

"Trust is the ability to accept that no one has hurt you. Hurt most definitely has occurred but it came through those who allowed it to come through and not from them. Trust is also the journey of accepting that the world has not hurt you and neither did all in it hurt you, only those who are vacant and hurt have allowed the lovelessness to come through them."
