Almond, chia and sunflower butter

Almond, chia and sunflower butter

Adding seeds for a boost of vitamins and minerals makes this a nutritional creamy spread – a great twist on nut butter that can be enjoyed by all the family. Beware, it may not last long!

SERVES:  6 PREP TIME:  10 mins

  • 150g raw almonds
  • 100g sunflower seeds
  • 30g white chia seeds
  • ¼ cup olive oil

  1. Place all the seeds and nuts in a food processor and blend until well combined.
  2. Add the olive oil and blend again until the butter is the consistency you like; the longer the smoother.
  3. Store in a refrigerator for up to a month.
