Dairy free avocado dressing

For those who love a creamier style of dressing, you will be thrilled to discover this recipe. Simple ingredients and completely dairy free - this vitamin packed dressing will be a winning addition to your salads and your body.



  • 1 ripe medium avocado, loosely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove of fresh garlic


  1. Place all ingredients in a food processer and blend until well combined. The texture of this dressing is thicker than most, feel free to add a little more oil or lemon juice as you prefer.
  2. Take a spatula and scoop the dressing into a bowl.
  3. Depending on the size of the salad add half the amount of the dressing to salad and mix through.


Add fresh herbs, such as coriander or basil to the dressing to liven up the flavour. This recipe is enough for a large salad but can be used for a smaller salad, using less and keeping the rest in and air tight container, refrigerate for up to 2-3 days.
