Anita is a student of the Soul, composing, singing and writing from her deepening religious intimacy with all that she is inside.
It is from this (re)connection that Anita has (re)discovered that while we live in a human body and co-exist amidst humanity, we are so much more than human, we are so much more than meets the eye. We are multidimensional Soul, reverberating across space and beyond time.
It is from this reverberation and its heavenly locations that Anita is impulsed to deliver her songs, so that others may also come to hear, feel and realise that they too are beyond human, that each and every one of us are Soul, equally so.
Anita’s music is heavenly; her lyrics expand us into and confirm our multidimensionality, and her voice is the sweet yet powerful vibration that reminds us that we are from the stars. Such a heavenly package is delivered in Anita’s debut album, I AM THE LION. This album offers a vibrational recalibration, clearing us from the mundaneness of a world that reduces and imposes on us and instead reawakening and reinstating the grandness that lives inside. Yes, we are grand, we are grand-beyond-grand, Anita’s album shares with us, as can be seen in the chorus lyrics of the title track: “I AM THE LION that lives inside, I am the fire that burns in the night, I am the Angel of Presence so true, I am the calling of all that is you.” Anita’s music does indeed call to the universal presence that lives within us and beholds us.
Anita is presently completing another album as well as writing some books, as she continues to unfold ever-more deeper into the soundness of the Soul that we are.
