How can Esoteric Yoga help with feeling tired, exhausted, stressed and anxious?

In this audio, Vicky Geary – an experienced Esoteric Yoga Practitioner – is interviewed by Sarah Broome.

The interview opens with Sarah’s question; “When someone comes to a class, what do you observe, generally, that people are bringing? Are they tired? Are they stressed? How do they benefit from a one-hour class in Esoteric Yoga?” In addressing these questions, Vicky explores the relationship between the body we bring to a class, the quality of stillness in the body at the end of a one-hour session, and how that has an effect on our day, leaving us feeling more rested and vital.
