We are beyond form. However, we are in form, that is, we occupy a human body. And there is a reason for it. Know the reason and live its impulse and your life will be an episode of glory. Care not to know and hence live in its ignorance and your life will be what it has been for many turns around the Sun."
What do we mean when we say the word BODY?
We have what we call our human body. Animals, fish and insects also have bodies as does our car, an aeroplane and a tree. We speak about a body of work, a body corporate, a body of evidence and many other such expressions and bodies.
We also have many expressions that take into account unseen energetic bodies that affect us, this includes both harmful and heavenly bodies. For example we might say what got into you, she was possessed or note a person not being themselves in some way. We can also speak about someone being an angel or touched by the hand of God.

Listening to your Human Body
Our body never ceases to speak and communicate to us. It has its own language which is very clear and universally wise. It is strange how many look outside for someone or something that knows, when they already live in a body that can share all the truth they have always looked for if only they listened.
If we do not listen to our body through inattention, distraction, numbing, disrespecting or in the multiple ways we abuse ourselves and others, then our bodies will have to speak louder and louder.
Have you ever experienced driving yourself and your body in a stressful way and then being made to stop and rest with a cold or an illness? Have you observed people acting in such a way that they are clearly an accident waiting to happen? Have we questioned the ever increasing diabetes, cancer and mental ill health statistics and wondered what our bodies are telling us?
If we truly honour and listen to our bodies, it is amazing and glorious what they can tell us.

We all know that there are certain foods that do not support our body. Very often there can be an immediate and obvious effect, for example eating sugar and getting racy, overeating and feeling sick or bloated, eating heavy food and feeling heavy!
Most of us have experienced days when we ate or drank in a harmful way and felt terrible or had a hangover, and equally days when we ate lighter and felt lighter and more clear.
Often we make resolutions not to poison or harm ourselves and then do so again.
Our bodies are very affected by what we eat and there is no one diet or set of rules that applies to all. At every stage of our development and return to Soul, our body has different requirements and sensitivities.
Also a person with a physically demanding job may have different requirements to one that is more sedentary.
If we listen to and respect our body it will speak loudly as to what to eat or drink, how to move and how much to exercise. This is a beautiful and constant adjustment, with magnificent consequences if respected and adhered to.
Does juicing make sense to the body?
We wouldn’t eat 5 oranges or 5 apples in one go, so why do we think our body can cope with digesting the same amount as a juice?

Body > Mind, Abuse and Healing
As we mentioned above in relation to food and drink, most if not all of us have experienced eating in ways that harm or at least do not support our bodies.
We can also often observe how we assault ourselves and each other by emotional reactions. Have you ever been shouted at or felt the force coming through a person expressing anger, like a punch or blow to your body even though they may not have physically touched you.
Have you ever found your mind being so busy or preoccupied that your body gets exhausted and put into stress or nervous tension. Not being present with our body or living harmoniously is an assault on our body.
Have you ever wondered why we do that?

Yes, all this harm and suffering simply to resist our Godliness. We have been told that we are sinners and not good enough, but the truth that we avoid is that we are Divinely great.
Human Body > The Marker of Truth
Since 1999, Serge Benhayon has presented how the human body is the marker of truth. It is our greatest ally in evolution, our greatest friend in-truth and when left free of abuse it immediately responds to the impulses of our Soul.

However, we can also align to and be moved by the ungod, the Etheric Spirit that will do all it can to bludgeon and abuse the human body such that we do not move in union with and responsivity to God and the Universe.

BODY BEYOND HUMAN
Yes, our human body “is made up of particles that belong to the Universe” (SB) and thus we are far more than human and of this earth.
Many have a fascination with the stars and can sense that we are part of something far, far greater than the waywardness we witness play out in the everyday world.
Not only are we touched by divine forces and the multidimensional, multi-realty, multi concurrent aliveness of the Universe and beyond, so too our human body is under constant assault by astral forces and the ungod collective.
Our entire model of life and all the systems are set up to say you are only human and to bombard us with the exact opposite of how life truly is, and the all that we all truly are.

As Leonardo Da Vinci told us: “it is easy to live as a Universal Man”. We are bombarded to the reductionism of all that we are not, whilst it is in-truth, the most simple thing on earth to live our otherworldly magnificence.
It is the fact that we live the lie of all that we are not, that causes all the trouble on earth, for our divine bodies cannot but respond to the Universe and call us back to Divine Order and Harmony.

Body of Expression
"The Astral Plane is not above mankind as most believe, but an extension of mankind. It does not hover over or under man, but it is an extension of man's own etheric dimension. There are nine bodies of expression from the flesh to the Monadic Sonship state. The astral dimension is the increased energy or the glorification of the lesser bodies such as the physical, the emotional, and the mental bodies. The soulful body is the fifth body or the fifth level of evolutionary expression. To clarify and increase the knowledge of this subject and for the purpose of introducing the reader to a very basic esoteric understanding of the evolution of the bodies of expression the following list is provided:
The 1st body of expression: the physical apparatus or the human in flesh form. (The physical flesh of the human spirit.)
The 2nd body of expression: the Etheric Vehicle or the Causal body. (The energetic flesh of the human spirit.)
The 3rd body of expression: the Emotional body. (The experiential body of the human spirit.)
The 4th body of expression: the Mental body. (The mind of the human spirit.)
The 5th body of expression: the fiery expression – the Soul. (The transfiguration of the human spirit into the Son of God expression. The energetic emanating light of this body is called Christ. There is no human spirit in this expression unless expressed so by the Soul in service.)
The 6th body of expression: the Atmic body – the bridging of the Godly body. (This is the transmutation of the Soul into full Sonship light. The increase of fire in the fiery body.)
The 7th body of expression: the Buddhic light – the Universal Mind of God.
The 8th body of expression: the Logoic body – the union of the Atmic body of God and the Mind body of God. The true Divine spirit.
The 9th body of expression: the Monad or the Monadic body – the original spark of God. (The first creation breathed forth. From here the Monad can continue to evolve in another Universe or rejoin the body of the Creator. The latter choice enjoins the body and increases the light of God in the Universe. This event is occultly expressed as the individuated expression that ceases to be 'one light' and so the Divine Divisional Expression returns to the One-Light.)"

God’s Body
"It is through our constant use of will that the particles of our body move in and out of our form, our body. The more we have of them, the slower and denser we are and the fewer, the more expansive or spacious we are. For example: God has particles that pertain to His form that exist or move in all areas of the nine universes that make up the one that is engulfed by the mothering three. He, therefore, has the greatest spacious body in the Universe; in fact, God is space."

The Atmic body of God

The human body in its purity, when uncontaminated is a divine vessel for God.
It is our evolution and responsibility to return in full to God and live by the impulses of our One Soul.
