    Garlic minty peas
Small green and perfectly formed… peas, who doesn’t love them! Simply add garlic and mint and enjoy this super simple and healthy recipe as a snack or a side.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup garlic puree
 - 250g frozen peas
 - 1 tablespoon oil
 - 2 teaspoons dry mint
 - 1 tablespoon fresh chopped mint
 
Method
- Mix the garlic puree and peas together and set aside.
 - In a pan on a low heat, warm the oil.
 - Add the dry mint and stir before adding the garlicky peas, cooking for a few minutes.
 - Once the peas are cooked, add and stir through the fresh chopped mint.
 
Inspiration and top tips
- Season to taste, try adding paprika and a squeeze of lime prior to serving
 - Serve as a side or eat as a green boosting snack
 - Some garlic purées have added salt so if you want to avoid this simply make your own.
