Homemade gluten free curry powder

Homemade curry powder means you can make it just the way you like it and it’s on hand to spice up any dish adding warmth. This version will transform any meal with its complex deep flavours.

  • ½ cup paprika
  • ¼ cup cumin
  • 1 tablespoon fennel powder
  • 1 tablespoon of ground mustard powder
  • 3 tablespoons ground coriander
  • ¼ cup turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cardamom
  • ½ teaspoon clove powder


  1. Mix all ingredients into a bowl and store in an airtight container until ready to use.


  • To really spice up a meal use this curry powder in conjunction with the garam masala.
  • So versatile it can be used with any protein, vegetables or in soups
